This knife is 100% Tasca designed and engineered here in the USA, then fabricated by one of our partners in China, and goes through a strict quality control here at our shop in Oklahoma before we ship them to you. 
Titanium models are Framelock with a milled pocket clip. 
Aluminum handles are inset lock with a deep carry clip.
